James Harden celebrates USA gold with blow-up doll

The above animated gif depicts team USA's celebration upon winning Olympic gold. Aside from LeBron James dancing, the key thing that stuck out to me is that James Harden is carrying a gold blow-up doll with what looks like cone-shaped genitals. (I know, it's probably not really genitals since no one would design an Olympic mascot to have such a thing, but it looks like it from that angle!) Madonna rocked the gold cone-shaped bra back in the day, maybe the doll is related.
