Video: Forsberg on what would need to happen for the Celtics to sign Carmelo Anthony

The Carmelo Anthony rumor that we posted Tuesday night gained a lot of momentum on Wednesday. NBC Sports Boston's Chris Forsberg isn't against the Celtics signing 'Melo, but he says it would have to be for the full season and with the blessing of the Jay's.

Not sure that Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have that sway in Boston like a LeBron James would have, but the full season part is an issue. If Danilo Gallinari returns, it's not like you can really play both him and 'Melo. So would Anthony be content racking up DNP CD's when Gallo is available? I think he wants to be a part of a rotation.

If Brad Stevens had used the MLE on a different player than an offensive 4 who's a poor defender, then Carmelo would make more sense.
