How do you feel about Doug McDermott getting the Larry Bird SI cover treatment?

Sports illustrated is giving Creighton's Doug McDermott the classic Larry Bird cover shot. McDermott is a great college scorer and that's really all this is about. I don't believe that anyone could honestly compare him to Larry Bird and his all around game. Still SI could have put McDermott on the cover without the Bird treatment. Maybe find whatever cover they used for Adam Morrison or Wally Szczerbiak.
