Stevens: "We didn't play hard enough"

After Tuesday night's loss in Denver, Brad Stevens addressed the media. As we have come to expect he was very candid.

Stevens to reporters: "Listen, I don't think we played hard enough." Singled out pick and roll defense.

Stevens took a five-second pause after being asked if there were any positives to take from game. Questioned team's effort, praised Bayless.

It's not that there wasn't much to praise tonight. It's not that he singled out specific areas he'd like to see improved. It's that it took him 5 seconds aka a very noticeable period of time during a live address to the media, to respond to a question about "positive take aways."
