Celtics trade Josh Minott, Chris Boucher, and Xavier Tillman Sr to get below luxury tax
The Celtics kicked in the recently acquired 2027 Denver Nuggets 2nd round pick to Utah for them taking on Chris Boucher. Josh Minott was the lone member of this threesome to have a substantial role for any part of the team's season. He had a very solid stretch early on, earning a starting role for a period. He eventually went back to the bench and then out of the rotation altogether.

According to a league source, the Celtics acquired two-way contract guard John Tonje in the deal that sent Chris Boucher to the Jazz.
