Former Celtics guard R.J. Hunter back in the NBA

As someone who doesn't get to actually scout college players, I think I've done surprisingly well with who I've wanted the Celtics to draft each year, but RJ Hunter was a miss on my part.

Well there's a blast from the past. The last time R.J. Hunter played in the NBA, Kyrie Irving was still a member of the Boston Celtics. Hunter played 26 minutes that final game of the NBA season, racking up 17 points.

It was only one of nine games Hunter played in the NBA since his rookie season in 2015-16. Hunter never really got a shot to play many minutes in the NBA, and in the ones he did he struggled to shoot the ball like he did in college.

After a four year hiatus, R.J. will get another shot with Charlotte.
