Video: Vince Carter says "Jayson Tatum is ready to take over the league"

Jayson Tatum moved into third place in the most recent Eastern Conference frontcourt All-Star voting, which temporarily puts him in line to be a starter. Vince Carter agrees with Celtics fans that it's much deserved and says that Tatum is "ready to take over the league." Carter also has Tatum as his league MVP.
