The Celtics game scheduled today has been postponed, but the playoffs should be continuing tomorrow. Then again in 2020, nothing is close to a guarantee. Another meeting is scheduled to taker place today amongst the players, but will be limited to two players per team. I'd be shocked if Jaylen Brown wasn't one of the Celtics reps.
This is a developing story and we'll update this post as more details come in.
Sources: NBA players in meeting today agreed to continue playing this postseason — but want to find new and improved ways to make social justice statements. Players expect games to resume this weekend.

LeBron changing his mind probably was a main reason why this decision to resume the playoffs was made so quickly. https://t.co/N71m8sPweL

NBA player to me on whether there were any outliers: “No, everyone agreed to re-start the season.”

Sources: Players today discussed the sacrifices all of them have made to reach this point in the postseason, and sense of normalcy returning with families entering Disney Campus. Players who voted not to play on Wednesday night understood.

I know there are differing opinions on what NBA players should have decided, but I love basketball and watching the Celtics. At a time when we need to socially distance & stay home due to a pandemic, the NBA bubble has been a much needed distraction/source of joy for me and I'm sure millions of others around the world. Happy to hear that Celtics basketball will continue on.
Credit to NBA players who are mostly in their 20's for showing wisdom last night and choosing to sleep on this than making a rash decision in the heat of the moment.
