Well Marcus Morris did go ahead and renege on his contract agreement with the San Antonio Spurs. He and his agent Rich Paul found a more lucrative one year contract in New York. As expected, Morris went with the "best decision for my family" rationale.

Marcus joins a very crowded Knicks front court and due to the one year contract he is likely trade bait later in the season.
