A time to cherish for Robert Williams III, as he welcomes his first child
There are moments in everybody’s life that they wish they could go back in time and experience all over again - even someone with the extraordinary abilities of the Time Lord, Robert Williams III.
The rookie center has had quite the week. Just days before a breakout performance against Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans, the 21-year-old quietly welcomed his new-born daughter into the world.
Shortly after being assigned to the Maine Red Claws of the G-League to get some crucial reps, Williams was excused to attend the birth of the Time Tot, who apparently resembles her father quite closely.

Ava Williams joins an extensive list of Celtics offspring and will now share a birthday with Jayson Tatum’s son, who recently experienced his first birthday. While tardiness is not the big man's speciality, he was present when it mattered the most.
