It depends on what you mean when you say "best", really.
Most accomplished? Over their career? This coming season only?
If you restrict it to the last of those three frames, you probably have a solid case for Brad over Gregg Popovich, but I wouldn't blame you if you felt otherwise - Celtics fan or no.
The other scenarios? I'm not so sure - there's good reason for wanting empirical proof in the form of rings.
