Bovada releases MVP odds, with 3 Celtics listed
Online oddsmaker Bovada recently released their Most Valuable Player (MVP) odds for the coming 2018-19 NBA season, and there's a few Boston Celtics on it, including one with a reasonable shot at winning it.
That would be Kyrie Irving, who Bovada lists at 16-to-1 odds, by far the best showing of any Celtic.
Next closest is Gordon Hayward, who clocks in with 150-to-1 odds.
Bringing up the rear is freshly-minted sophomore wing Jayson Tatum, with 175-to-1 odds to win the league's regular-season MVP award next season.
The player with the best odds to take home the hardware? LeBron James, with 10-to-3 odds, with Anthony Davis (4-to-1), Giannis Antetokounmpo (9-to-2), James Harden (11-to-2), and Kevin Durant (9-to-1) rounding out the top five.
