Report: Marcus Smart may be able to return late in playoffs 1st round
Well, this was a little unexpected good news.
Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports reports that after being re-evaluated, Marcus Smart may be able to return to the court as soon as April 27, which would place him within the range of the first round should the series go to seven games.
While there's still a lot of things that could go sideways between now and then, it's still great news after a fairly steady flow of surprise bad news concerning injuries for the Boston Celtics.
More details to come on this developing story.
