Kyrie Irving says he'll play tomorrow night vs T-Wolves
Kyrie Irving returned to the practice floor today for the Celtics in Minnesota as they prepare for tomorrow night's matchup with the Timberwolves. Asked after the game whether he'd be on the floor tomorrow night for the C's and he respondeded bluntly:
The Celtics played the way too obviously tanking Chicago Bulls on Monday night and ran them out of the building, but tomorrow night's matchup involves a much more formidable opponent. The T-Wolves are currently 6th in the Western Conference (38-28), and although they've struggled of late since Jimmy Butler went down they are only 1.5 games out of the 3rd seed out West.
Coach Brad Stevens noted after practice today that Irving wasn't quite a full-participant, but that he was out there for the majority of practice.
Obviously, Kyrie has to be cleared by the Celtics medical before gametime, but if he says he's playing I'll take the man at his word.

The hope is that he’ll feel well enough to play tomorrow.
