Celtics press conference announces Gordon Hayward signing is official
Earlier today the Boston Celtics announced a major announcement to be made this afternoon regarding the team and to no one's surprise it was put together to announce that Gordon Hayward has signed his contract with the C's this morning:

According to Danny Ainge, Celtics GM Mike Zarren flew to visit Hayward at his home in San Diego this morning with the contract for Gordon to sign and officially become a Celtic. Ainge also noted that coach Brad Stevens played a key role in acquiring Hayward as he was the one who put the majority of the presentation together during their meeting in Boston on July 2nd.

The C's also sent out a press release about the signing that included comments from Ainge, Hayward, and Celtics principal owner Wyc Grosbeck:
