Celtics to have ads on jerseys starting next season
The Boston Celtics jerseys have been respected as some of the best in sports, in part because of the dedication to the same look for most of franchise history. But, for what feels like the first time there will be a tiny adjustment next season:

General Electric will be the first company to buy ad-space on the Celtics uniforms, and is currently in the midst of relocating its headquarters to Boston.
The C's aren't the only team to have a deal, Rovell also says the Sixers inked an agreement with StubHub, and the Kings will be repping Blue Diamond ads on their jerseys also.
The ads will be small, no bigger than 2.5in x 2.5in. But hopefully having GE on the jerseys can energize the C's to a few more wins in the 17-18 season.
