Celtics draft and stash Guerschon Yabusele goes for 24 and 12 vs. Houston Rockets (w/ video)

The Rockets made their preseason debut last night by hosting China's Shanghai Sharks, who feature none other than the No. 16 pick in last June's draft, Guerschon Yabusele:

The Frenchman started and logged 44 minutes as his Sharks fell to Houston, 131-94:

Yabusele went 9-of-18 from the floor and 6-of-9 at the free-throw line as the game's second leading scorer.  But before Celtics fans get too excited about his numbers, it's worth noting that the evening's top point total belonged to Yabusele's teammate Jimmer Fredette, who put up a 33-8-8 stat line while shooting 11-for-26 in 42 minutes.
