Jared Sullinger wants us to think he's leaving the Celtics?

No activity has yet been reported this offseason on Celtics' restricted free agent Jared Sullinger.  However, yesterday Sully sent a pair of rather cryptic tweets:

To no surprise, many of the responses were less than positive:

Also it looks like Sullinger has favorited every tweet from Celtics fans calling him fat and/or out of shape.

The simple interpretation is that Sullinger is planning to sign somewhere other than Boston, but who knows.  He also took to Twitter yesterday to wish teammate Jae Crowder a happy birthday:

With the Al Horford signing and the contracts of Amir Johnson and Jonas Jerebko set to become guaranteed today, the C's frontcourt is rapidly filling up.
