Rumor that Thon Maker isn't really 19 causing his stock to drop

Several teams have entirely ruled Thon Maker out of the first round due to his age. Multiple sources believe Maker to be 21-23, not 19.

Eleven NBA teams called me over the past 3 months about 7-footer Thon Maker. None of them were 100% convinced of his age.

There are reports out there that Thon Maker could be as old as 24. This is just about the worst thing that could happen to a potential draftee on the day of the draft. If Maker is really only 19, than I feel really bad for the kid (And I guess if he lied about his age than he no longer is a kid). Unless some team that wants Maker to drop to them in the late 1st round spread this rumor, expect Maker's stock to plummet.
