Celtics select Terry Rozier with number 16 pick.

The Boston Celtics were unable to trade up in the draft and used their #16 pick on Terry Rozier. The Celtics pick next at #28. My question is if your guy is Rozier, then why not trade down for him. No one had him in the top 20.

Terry Rozier is a smaller version of Marcus Smart. Tough, athletic, defends his butt off. Just not a great shooter and not a pure PG.
