There is a trend going around the internet.

People are raising awareness for ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) otherwise known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

To do this, they are pouring a bucket of ice water over their heads and then challenging some of their friends to do the same.

Rajon Rondo, of your Boston Celtics, is the latest local celebrity to do this. You can check out the video of his challenge on his facebook page. (or below)
