Playoff Recap: Ray Allen takes the Pacers to school as Heat up 2-1

Ray Allen had more playoff heroics tonight for the Heat hitting 4-4 from downtown in the fourth quarter as the Heat beat the Pacers 99-87 and took a 2-1 lead in their best of seven Eastern Conference Finals series.

He also made a brilliant pass to Chris Bosh in the quarter as multiple Pacers closed out on him afraid he was going to hit another 3 which led to a tip in after Bosh missed a point blank layup.

Inside the Numbers Miami Heat:

Five turnovers in first 5:40.

Trailed by fifteen points midway in the 2nd quarter.

Ray Allen wasn't the only one on fire: As a team Miami shot over 54% from the field and three.

Dwyane Wade had 23 including 2-3 from three.

Inside the Numbers: Indiana Pacers

First road loss in the playoffs for Indiana in six games.

Roy Hibbert ten points first quarter. Ended the game with just 2 rebounds.

Luis Scola 8 points off the bench in 13 minutes.

Evan Turner with a key turnover with 2 minutes left in the half allowing for a crucial and one for LeBron in transition.

Game 4 takes place on Mon 8:30 PM ET in Miami.
