Courtney Lee, Jared Sullinger to continue starting

In the wake of  Rajon Rondo's season ending injury, Celtics coach Doc Rivers has to make a decision as to who he should start at guard alongside Avery Bradley.  Against Miami on Sunday Rivers chose Courtney Lee instead of Jason Terry or Leandro Barbosa.  It appears that Doc will keep giving the nod to Lee for the time being:


Before the Rondo news broke on Sunday, Doc had also decided to replace Brandon Bass in the starting lineup with Jared Sullinger, a change he also plans to stick with for the immediate future:
