Jason Collins keeps posting ridiculous stat lines

Collins (right) commits fouls better than anything else.
And not the good kind of ridiculous.  In the blowout loss to the Clippers on Thursday, the Celtics starting center played 17 minutes and grabbed one rebound.  It was the only thing he did that showed up in the box score, unless you count turnovers (1) or fouls (3).

In 3 of his 4 starts Collins doesn't have a field goal attempt, and he's scored a total of 7 points in those contests.  He is still looking for his first assist of the season.  I understand that Collins is out there for defense, but the C's are basically playing offense with just 4 guys when he's on the floor.

Over his four game tenure as a starter, Collins has a total of just 19 points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks combined.  In fact he has almost as many fouls (18) as everything else put together.  Maybe he contributes in ways that don't show up in the box score, but there's no excuse for a starting center to average only 2.25 rebounds per game.  It's time for Doc to end this charade.  What do Celtics fans think?  Leave your comments below.
