Raymond Felton has signed with the Bobcats for $5.5 million for one year. He turned down their five year, $37.5 million offer. It's a gamble that he'll recoup the other 32 million in the following four years. Not sure he is an 8 million a year player. This also serves as a barometer in a way for Rondo. If Felton believes he's worth more than 8 million, I can't see us getting Rondo inked for less than 10 million.
