Your Celtics Life week in review... 10/20/13
This week was probably a bit emotional for many Celtics fans, as our current Celtics roster traveled to Brooklyn, where former captain Paul Pierce had to play against his old team for the first time. As bizarre a sight it was for Celtics fans to see The Truth in anything but green and white, it was probably much weirder for Pierce himself as he lined up against his old team.
Pierce and Kevin Garnett were also in the news a lot this week as they fired shots back at LeBron James, who called them out for leaving Boston after giving Ray Allen a hard time, because LeBron failed to understand that being traded is much different than leaving your team during free agency.
This week, Celtics Life also continued its interactive "Pre-Season Awards" segment, where Celtics Life writers voted on which current C's player was most likely to play a role similar to a past Celtic, and fans also cast their votes.
And unrelated to the Celtics (but an important moment this week for Boston sports fans), the Red Sox are going to the World Series!
