Avery Bradley out with shoulder injury, Ray to start

Part of my reason for me being so optimistic about this Celtics teams chances in the playoffs was due to the emergence of Avery Bradley. He was nominated for player of the month is April, but he's been very limited due to his shoulder injury in the playoffs. The Celtics still have been much better with him on the floor (+/- stats back it up). As great a shooter as Ray is, losing Bradley makes the starting line-up much less athletic and much worse defensively. I still think the Celtics should be able to get by the 76ers, but they will need Bradley for the Heat series. Let's hope he can recover in time.

Doc Rivers on Avery Bradley's shoulder injuries and his status for the rest of the playoffs:
"It's not just the one, it's actually both shoulders. And that's probably one trying to protect the other one. So yeah, it's pretty bad. He'll still play games, I think, but this is probably how it's going to be from this point on -- I think he'll play a game, then miss a couple, then play a game. That's basically the way it'll be."
