Brian Scalabrine has agreed to a non-guaranteed deal with Chicago, a league source tells Y! He's considered a good bet to make roster.

Tom Thibodeau has been lobbying for Scalabrine's signing this summer, sources say. Still believes Scal can contribute -- on and off floor.
Best of luck Scal! When your playing days are over please come back to the Celtics in some capacity. Either as a coach or on CSNNE in place of one of their many yahoos.

Good luck Scal! I really learned to appreciate your game with the years. You played with heart and became a real Celtic. Come back soon, Brian!

After losing Tony Allen and Brian Scalabrine, that leaves Pierce, Perkins and Rondo as the only Celtics who remain in the team from the pre-2007 period. If West makes the team then they will be four. It kind of makes me sad for some reason. I got used to seeing them in the team. Allen was here with Pierce and Perk since the 2004 season, and Scal since 2005, it's a long time spent with us.

I just hope we don't lose Perk either...

I hear ya Bohemian. I only think about my championship t-shirt. Of the 15 guys from that team only Pierce, Allen, Garnett, Rondo, Perkins and Big Baby remain...
