Derrick White and Celtics agree to 4 year contract extension
Derrick White won't be going anywhere anytime soon as he has agreed to a 4 year contract extension worth $125.9 million to remain in Boston. The valuable starting guard will control a player option for the final year of the contract. White, who turns 30 tomorrow, has played even better than expected since being acquired from the San Antonio Spurs in early 2022.
