Could Paul Pierce be out another TV gig after dropping n-word on Undisputed today?

Former Boston Celtics champion and Hall of Famer Paul Pierce has been trending today since accidentally saying the n-word on the live broadcast of Undisputed on FS1. While many fans think this could lead to Skip Bayless and FS1 parting ways with Pierce, personally I don't think that fear is warranted. Paul Pierce is Black and the racial slur when said by a Black person doesn't hold the same terrible meaning to it. And while Donte DiVincenzo is white it, it wasn't like Pierce used a racial slur that is against White people.

If Pierce does lose his job it will more be someone using use this an excuse to can Pierce. While I'm sure Pierce will be told that word isn't appropriate to use, the context in which he used it had no malice.
