Hospital Celtics Destroy Orlando as Boston Moves to 19-5

The Boston Celtics defeated the Orlando Magic on Friday night 128-111 at TD Garden. The win takes Boston's home record to 13-0 on the season, as they remain the only undefeated team at home in the NBA.

Even without Al Horford and Kristaps Porzingis, the Celtics made easy work of Orlando, leading by as many as 25 in the 2nd half. Boston snapped their 4-game losing streak to the Magic with the win. The Celtics were led by Jayson Tatum (30 Pts, 6 Reb), who seems to do it effortlessly every night. Payton Pritchard tied his season-high with 21 big points off the bench, including 6/7 from the three-point line.

The Celtics bench totaled their 2nd highest scoring output of the season, with the role players delivering in a big game. D White, JB, and Jrue were also excellent, with Jaylen posting a team-high +20.
This was a very impressive win by the Celtics against a team that had given them fits the last few times they met. Boston continues to win against good teams and now holds a 13-4 record versus teams above .500.

The Celtics next game will be Sunday afternoon against Orlando in their final home game before they go out West for a 4-game road trip.
