Boston Survives Another Scare to Remain Perfect at Home

The Boston Celtics survived another nailbiter tonight, defeating the Toronto Raptors 120-118 at TD Garden. Boston's home record now sits at 16-0, just 1 win shy of tying the Celtics record for most home wins in a row to start a season.

With the victory, Boston becomes the first team to reach 25 wins, sitting at 25-6 through 31 games.
On a night where Boston was without Jayson Tatum and Kristaps Porzingis, Jaylen Brown was able to pick up the slack. JB finished with 31 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, and a game-high +12.

Derrick White (21 Pts, 5 Reb, 7 Ast) was huge down the stretch, knocking down timely shots when the Celtics needed them.

Despite Toronto knocking down 17 threes, which is 6 above their season average, the Celtics were able to get just enough stops down the stretch to get the win.
This was a gutsy win by the Celtics on the 2nd night of a back-to-back without 3 of the top 6 guys in their rotation. Boston continues to find new ways to win, which is fantastic to see.

The Celtics will be back in action Sunday night against San Antonio. Go Celtics!
