KP Saves the Day as the Celtics Win Their 6th Straight

In a game where the Celtics committed 17 turnovers and only managed to knock down 12 threes, they still found a way to get the job done, winning a nail-biter in Memphis 102-100. Boston was far from perfect on either end tonight, but they did just enough defensively to extend their winning streak to 6.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown struggled on the offensive end tonight, so it was Kristaps Porzingis' turn to save the day in front of the guy they traded to get him. KP answered the bell with a monster performance, recording 26 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 blocks on 9/13 shooting.

Sam Hauser also gets a shoutout for continuing to rip the cords from the outside, shooting 5/8 from deep tonight and finishing with a team-high +17. Over the course of an entire season, there will be different guys every night who step up, and tonight, Hauser and KP did just that.
Boston's win tonight moves their record to 11-2 in the 23-24 campaign. For how displeasing parts of the game were tonight, any fan would take an ugly win over a pretty loss. If this team can continue to find new ways to win, the rest of the league is in trouble.

The Celtics will have a quick turnaround as they travel to play the Hornets tomorrow night in Charlotte.
