Celtics sign DJ Steward to training camp contract

Former Duke guard DJ Steward has agreed on a training camp deal with the Boston Celtics, sources tell ESPN. He’ll compete for a two-way contract.

DJ Steward played for the Sacramento Kings' G-League affiliate the past two seasons after going undrafted out of Duke University in 2021. The point guard was on Philly's summer league team this summer. He will have some tall odds to snag a two-way deal with the Celtics this season.
