Blake Griffin to make Celtics debut tonight vs Hornets

Blake Griffin will make his Celtics debut tonight versus the Hornets in Greensboro, North Carolina. The 33 year old veteran big isn't expected to play many minutes, but 10 to 12 minutes might end up being his range with a full rotation anyway.

A couple reasons the Celtics picked Griffin over another veteran player like let's sat Carmelo Anthony is due to Griffin being a capable passer as a big. Also Griffin is elite at taking charges, which is a rather underrated stat.
