Celtics close out 51 win regular season with 139-110 blowout over Grizzlies
The Boston Celtics have been putting up some very gaudy offensive numbers and they did it again today in their regular season finale, tallying 139 points on the Grizzlies in Memphis. Ime Udoka kept his starters' minutes lower than usual, while the Grizzlies held out their top guys. But this is the NBA and a 29 point win is still a 29 point win.
Jayson Tatum led the way for the Celtics with 31 points and 9 rebounds in just 26 minutes of action. With the win and the Bucks loss, the Celtics earn the #2 seed in this year's playoffs.
