Video: Rajon Rondo and his girlfriend involved in altercation that turns physical with another woman

Lots of talking and arguing for the majority of the TMZ video, but then things turn ugly the final 15 seconds.

Rajon Rondo appeared to nudge a woman into a car and then stand by as his girlfriend punched her in the face ... new video obtained by TMZ Sports shows.

Rondo, his GF and another woman were involved in an altercation at an apartment complex in Los Angeles back on July 28 ... and according to a lawsuit filed last week, it all stemmed from a dispute over a parking space.

In court documents, Toktam Jorshari says she parked next to Rondo's $300k Rolls-Royce SUV, which she claims was parked in a handicapped parking spot.

In the suit, Jorshari says the NBA star was pissed over how close she parked to his driver's side door ... and claims the Atlanta Hawks player and his GF cussed her out and then attacked her for it.

I must have missed this story five months ago and at first I was not sure why Rondo was in Los Angeles and not in the Bubble at that time, but according to his lawyer, Rajon had a broken thumb at that time, so was must have been away from the Lakers for that reason. That would also explain why he was in a handicapped reserved spot.

Watching the video, I kept saying to myself, "Please don't have Rondo do anything physical. Please don't have Rondo do anything physical." With no audio, it's hard to 100% assess the situation, but it appears that the "nudge" as TMZ refers to it by Rondo might have been his attempt to separate the two women and not meant in an abusive manner. Then again I've always been a big Rondo fan, so I'm likely not the most biased person to ask.

Regardless, there is no reason for people to be this close arguing in a pandemic and this situation to end up in blows. And as you can see, Rondo's girlfriend went full Mike Tyson on the other woman. My guess is this lawsuit will be settled out of court. 1 million seems excessive, but the victim does deserve some damages for the attack.
