Here is the full press conference for rookies Aaron Nesmith and Payton Pritchard courtesy of the Boston Celtics. As is almost always the case the rookies numbers were retired, so Nesmith swapped his Vanderbilt #24 for #26 and Pritchard went with #11 in place of his Oregon #3. Wonder if these two imagined this moment growing up, standing there, holding up their jerseys, and with masks on?

The vibe I get from Nesmith/Pritchard is very similar to that of last year’s Celtics rookies: intelligent, humble, hard-working, respectful. We have to wait and see what they’ll do on the court, but this is a great foundation for any player.
