Jason Collins played briefly for the Boston Celtics during the 2012-13 season towards the end of his thirteen year NBA career. He is probably most famous for coming out as gay during the summer of 2013. He played 22 games for the Nets the following season before retiring at the age of 35. Collins speculates he got the virus while on a trip to New York too attend a Nets game. If you recall Kevin Durant and 3 other Brooklyn Nets players tested positive for the coronavirus.
