Watch: Good things happen when you listen to Brad Stevens

I don't think there's too many NBA fans out there who haven't become aware of the coaching wizardry of the Boston Celtics Brad Stevens.

And for good reason - his After Time Out plays are legendary, and he's rightfully known for being the kind of coach who puts players in the best position to succeed, especially if they follow his advice to a tee. Watch the video below, where you can see Brad helping Celtics big man Aron Baynes adjust in real time to Steven's advice, smoking Thon Maker (the player Ringer NBA writer Kevin O'Connor called "the Kevin Garnett of a basketball tribute band") as he flushed one home in Game Five.
