Video: Al Horford on being an equal partner


Al Horford is someone you want on your team, and it's because he leads by example, and not just on the court.

He's also a great role model, partner, and father - someone who adds value to any organization he's part of because of the commitment he shows to his peers and his family by treating them with respect, as equals.

While I generally don't much care what players do with their private lives so long as it's not something that becomes an issue for their teammates and their families, it's certainly a nice change to have this kind of influence on a young Boston Celtics roster.
