Celtics are shaking up the lineup, Gerald Green is starting
The Boston Celtics are really shaking up the starting lineup after their 0-2 start against the Chicago Bulls as Gerald Green will get his first start this season in game 3 tonight:

The Celtics will be giving up some more size with the move from Amir to Gerald, but coach Brad Stevens says that Green will help in two big areas of need for the C's:

Amir has been pretty ineffective this series and a change at his spot isn't necessarily surprising, but since it's Gerald replacing him it is. Perhaps by going with Green, and essentially moving Jae Crowder to the 4, the Celtics are going to try and move Bulls big man Robin Lopez away from the basket as much as possible since he'll now be matched up with Al Horford.
The news of Rajon Rondo being out tonight, and potentially the rest of the series, with a fractured thumb apparently wasn't enough of a game-changer for Stevens and he's decided to throw a changeup to start the game.
