Al Horford putting big numbers, Isaiah Thomas with 20&7 and solid game for Jae Crowder (videos)
Al Horford played probably his best game in Celtics uniform so far as he got 26 points on 10/18 shooting, 3/4 from the 3-point line eight rebounds, three assists, two steals and swat away six shots! This is the first time in NBA history when a player put up this kind of a statline. Horford was also big for the Boston down the line, hiting an important three and blocking DeMarcus Cousins in a crucial possesion of the game. What a game by Big Al!
Isaiah Thomas had 20 points and seven dimes for the Celtics, hitting some tough shots and helping his team to get past the Kings. He nedeed 21 shots to get those 20 points, though, and made some bad decisions in the 4th quarter but he still managed to make positive impact on the game.
Jae Crowder posted 16 points and hit three 3-pointers, giving the Celtics nice offensive burst in a game where the bench scored only 12 points together. Crowder was one of four Celtics starters that got 15+ points and it seems that the ankle isn't bothering him at all anymore.
