Al Horford big in comeback, Isaiah Thomas with 24 points and 8 assists (videos)
Al Horford came back from the concussion as the Celtics played their first game in full strength and won in Detroit. Horford didn't look like someone who missed almost three weeks with the injury and posted 18 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and three blocks. His putback gave Celtics the lead and right away on the next possession Horford had game-winning block! What a great comeback for the 30-year old player.
Isaiah Thomas scored 24 points to go along with eight assists and helped Celtics in beating the Pistons in Detroit. Boston handed them their first home loss of the season as Pistons are still playing without Reggie Jackson. Thomas did have some troubles around the rim and hit only two of seven 3-pointers but he still managed to impact the game positively. Let's just hope Celtics can build off this win!
