A. Sherrod Blakely says to keep an eye on a potential Danilo Gallinari trade to Boston

The Celtics have previously attempted to gauge Denver's interest in trading for Danilo Gallinari. In Kyle Draper's podcast with A. Sherrod Blakley, the latter discusses a potential deal ahead of the deadline. The Gallinari stuff starts at the 9:23 mark with Blakley saying "The guy I was told to keep an eye on and we saw him the other night is Danilo Gallinari of Denver."

Blakey actually states he'd trade the 2016 Brooklyn pick for Gallinari. Sounds like a Joe Johnson and a 1st for Rodney Rogers and Tony Delk short-sighted trade in my opinion. Also reminds me of a previous Nets trade of their pick for Gerald Wallace, where Portland used the pick on Damian Lillard. I'd prefer a cost controlled younger top 5 pick with the chance of it becoming Ben Simmons. And by the time June rolls around I'm sure there will be more than just one tantalizing young player in the draft.
