Magic will not offer the max to rumored Celtics' target Tobias Harris
The Celtics' free agency hasn't gotten off to the best start. But, things may be looking up:

Encouraging to see an Orlando beat writer being less than psyched at the prospect of Harris jumping ship to a team like the Celtics.
The news that Orlando is not going to offer Harris the max is strong indication that they think they can lure Paul Millsap from Atlanta.
