Isaiah Thomas to return tonight against Miami
In one of the most important games of the season tonight against the Miami Heat, the Celts will welcome back Isaiah Thomas, who had missed the past eight games with a back injury:
Isaiah Thomas will return for the Celtics tonight. His 214 points are the most ever scored by a Celtic in his first ten games.

Thomas suffered the injury against Miami on March 9th, when the guard was driving the lane and fouled hard by a number of Heat players, including Dwayne Wade. Emotions should be running high at the TD Garden tonight, so don't be surprised if someone on the Celts gives Wade a little love tap in the paint at some point during the game:
Speaking of Wade, Thomas didn't think the foul was a big deal, but he didn't like the way Wade looked at him afterward.

UPDATE: Wade to miss tonight's game:
Wade fell on his left knee in last night’s game and it continued to swell overnight. The team training staff has ruled Dwyane out.

With Thomas' return, the C's sent James Young back to the D-League.
