James Young and Dwight Powell to play in D-League tonight, Marcus Smart stays in Boston
After the Celtics' morning practice in Waltham today, James Young and Dwight Powell were sent off to Maine to get some game action tonight.
Unlike earlier in the week, Marcus Smart did not make the trip with his fellow Boston rookies.
This was probably the right move considering Smart's 1-for-12 performance with the Red Claws on Thursday. Even though Smart is officially healthy enough to play, he doesn't appear to be back to his old self yet. Brad Stevens said as much after keeping Smart on the bench for the entire game against the Lakers last night:

Stevens on Smart: "He has the clearance to play, but I don't think he looked great the last two nights."
