Danny Ainge says other teams no longer calling about Rajon Rondo, thinks he wants to stay in Boston
Danny Ainge, Brad Stevens and Wyc Grousbeck spoke with the media today before the team's charity golf tournament in Dedham.
Among the many topics discussed, Rajon Rondo rumors were at the top of the list. One new bit of information that we haven't previously heard--the interest in Rondo around the league appears to have died down (at least for now).
Obviously heading into the beginning of training camp the Celtics' brass is going to say optimistic things we want to hear. But if other teams aren't even calling about Rondo, it's hard to imagine him going anywhere anytime soon.
