Magic send Arron Afflalo to Denver for Evan Fournier & 56th pick

Afflalo goes to Denver and another trade that seemingly makes no sense hits the wire. This proves several things:

  • Most trades that make sense wind up making no sense.
  • These teams are playing super long games here and arranging their pieces in a way that may or may not work out until way down the line if at all.
  • The Magic will not be any good this coming season.


With an 80 minutes left (as of this posting) before the deadline today, I have a feeling it could be oddly quiet or insanely busy.  Or anywhere in between.
